Our wedding was in May 2025 and I HIGHLY recommend working with Sarah and Brookmeadow!! Their attention to detail and care throughout the entire process and the day of ensured everything ran smoothly - there was absolutely no stress! They were accommodating to every request, super responsive and communicative, and the most organized. It was a picture-perfect day all thanks to Sarah and her team.

Brookmeadow provided such a lovely experience! Sarah was amazing at coordinating the big day and was even great at dealing with some unexpected issues with my DJ and with my centerpieces the night before! She was attentive, kind, and the day of the wedding wore many hats without letting anything fall through the cracks. The venue itself is clean, polished, and sophisticated so you do not need to do much work to make it look beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Sarah and the whole Brookmeadow team made my wedding dreams come true! Sarah was amazing to work with! She is so organized, responded quickly to my questions, and communicated well with other people who were helping me plan my wedding. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. Getting married in August, I know how busy she was, but I never once felt like I wasn't priority. The food was also amazing. So many of our guests commented on how good the food was. The whole day was absolutely perfect! The whole staff at Brookmeadow was awesome too. I wish I could relive the day! Thank you!

We had our wedding at Brookmeadow on 10/26/24 and it was truly the best day! Not only is the venue beautiful and the perfect backdrop for a wedding but Sarah our coordinator made everything seem so easy, every question and concern was handled without issue leading up to the big day. When the day came she was right there to help with everything we could have needed in a pinch. We look back on our wedding and truly wouldn’t change a thing. My husband and I got married at Brookmeadow in August 2024 and could not recommend this venue enough. The space is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the staff are super nice. Sarah, the events coordinator, is what really sold us on booking this venue. She was super responsive throughout the entire process from beginning to end. She handled everything the day-of at the venue I truly had no stress when we arrived prior to the ceremony on-site. Highly recommend this venue!

Having our wedding at the Brookmeadow Country Club was the best decision we ever made. I don’t have enough words to describe how unbelievably helpful Sarah was through the whole process. Right from the very beginning she helped answer all questions, gave great advice and was extremely personable. We truly could not have imagined our special day without her and Brookmeadow Country Club.

We had a September wedding and everything was perfect.  Sarah and Amelia were there to keep everything on time.   Our wedding flowed perfectly. The venue itself is beautiful.  From the reception area, cocktail hour bar, and the dance floor, the spaces were exactly what we needed for a 150 person wedding.  We highly recommend this venue!
