Club Policies

Tee Time Policy

The public may reserve a tee time up to 14 days in advance depending on season. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of scheduled tee time to avoid the no-show charge. Adult supervision is required for all golfers 13 years or younger. All weekend rates are flat, regardless of number of holes. 18 holes required prior to 11:00 a.m. on weekdays. A valid driver’s license is required for driving cart rentals.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours advance notice should you need to cancel your tee time reservation or reduce the number of players. Your credit card on file may be charged for any no-show players. To cancel or change your reservation, you may visit or call the Pro Shop at 781-828-4444 ext. 4, or cancel your booking online. If the change or cancellation is not made within this timeframe you may lose your online reservation ability. The credit card holder is responsible for all players in the group within the tee time.

Rain Check Policy

If the Club deems it necessary to close the golf course, players whose rounds are abbreviated may be issued rain checks at the discretion of the Pro Shop Staff. Rain checks will not be issued for twilight tee times. If rain has begun or is forecasted before the start of the round, rain checks will not be issued regardless of changes in weather.

Golf Car Policy

Any guest who possesses, operates, or utilizes a golf car on Club property represents that he or she holds a valid driver’s license and is familiar with the safe operation of a golf car. The individual agrees to operate the car in a safe, responsible, and courteous manner at all times and in accordance with all Club rules and applicable laws. Without limiting any other release or indemnification obligations contained in these policies, the individual further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Club and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs arising out of or relating to the possession, operation, or use of a golf cart, including, without limitation, property damage or personal injury to passengers, third parties, or any other person.

Course Conduct

All guests are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of the facility and all applicable laws. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and/or remove individuals from the premises for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or otherwise objectionable.

Dress Code

Collared shirts are required for men and boys. Proper golfing attire is required for women and girls. No denim, sweats or swimwear may be worn at any time. Soft-spikes or athletic footwear are required.

Pace of Play Policy

All groups are expected to maintain a pace of play consistent with course conditions while observing proper golf etiquette and safety at all times. Players must play without undue delay and keep pace with the group ahead. Any group that falls out of position and causes delay may be instructed by course staff to improve pace of play, allow faster groups to play through, or move to the next tee as directed. All players are expected to comply promptly with instructions from course staff to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone on the course.

Pricing Structure

Brookmeadow Country Club utilizes an adjustable pricing model for tee times. Rates are adjusted in real time based on factors such as demand, time of day, day of week, season, and course availability. This pricing approach allows us to offer competitive rates during under-utilized times while preserving availability during peak demand periods. As a result, tee time rates may vary from day to day and week to week. All rates are confirmed at the time of booking and are subject to change until a reservation is completed.

Group Responsibility and Prepayment

All tee times at Brookmeadow Country Club require prepayment at the time of booking. A valid credit card must be provided to secure the reservation. The individual who books the tee time is financially responsible for all associated charges related to that reservation, including but not limited to green fees, cart fees, applicable taxes, and any additional agreed-upon services for all players included in the booking. By completing the reservation, the booking party acknowledges and accepts responsibility for the full amount due, including any applicable cancellation or no-show fees as outlined in our cancellation policy. Rates are confirmed at the time of booking and are subject to the terms and conditions in effect at that time.
