Brian is in his sixth year as a member of the professional staff at Brookmeadow Country Club. He has a great passion for the game of golf, and has nearly 10 years experience in the industry.
Brian graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelors Degree from the nationally ranked Isenberg School of Management. Since then he has worked as a Golf Professional at both private and public facilities across the state of Massachusetts. During his time working in the industry, Brian has had the opportunity to take on many responsibilities within a golf operation, but the one he is most passionate about is instruction.
As a professional in the game of golf, Brian believes in the importance of growing the game and therefore takes great pride in offering lessons to anyone who may be interested. Whether you play regularly and are looking to improve your game, or you are a beginner, Brian is more than happy to offer instruction. As a student of Brian’s you can expect a full diagnosis of YOUR swing. You will be provided with teaching points from the basics of grip, posture and alignment, all the way to proper cognitive golf course management. Every player’s swing and approach to the game is different, and Brian simply wants to help maximize YOUR potential to shoot lower scores.

Ryan MacDonald attended Methodist College in Fayetteville, NC, where he was enrolled in the PGA Professional Golf Management Program and played for the #1 ranked golf team. He has worked with some of the top teachers in the country, including Mike Meredith, Larry Levow, and former Masters Champion, Gay Brewer. Ryan is a firm believer in designing a unique approach for each student and has developed instructional plans for all student skill levels.
Jeff DrownJeff has been around the game of golf his entire life. Growing up as the son of a golf course superintendent he has been playing the game since he was old enough to hold a club. He has worked in every aspect of the golf industry such as working on the Maintanence crew mowing greens and setting up the golf course. He has also worked in the pro shop as an assistant manager and taking care of golfers needs on and off the course. He brings over 20 years of golf course experience and knowledge along with an undying love and passion for the game. Recently he attended school at Kaiser University College of Golf in Port St Lucie, Florida and was enrolled in the professional golf management program. Currently Jeff is working towards becoming a USGTF Certified Teaching Professional as well as a PGA Professional. His goal is to share the love he has for the game with each student making them equipped with the knowledge and skills in the game to be the best they can be on the golf course.
